so what you do is choose any value for x and solve for y...then plot those points and draw a line thru them
:
example
:
for x=1...... y=-2(1)=-2....so you have the point (1,-2)
:
for x=-2...... y=-2(-2)=4........(-2,4)
:
and do that for as many points as you want
