Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(0,-7)(-4, 1)
what does this look like plotted out on a graph?
----------
(0,-7) is the y-intercept, so b = -7
----------------------
Find the slope:
m = (1--7)/(-4-0) = 8/-4 = -2
---------------------
Equation:
y = -2x -7
