Question 18061: how would you graph the equation y=-2 using the formula y=mx+b?
Answer by christinaaa192(28) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the graph will be undefined beacause there is no variable (x)
m=slope and b=y-intercept so...
y=0x-2 =
y=-2
do you see where the y=-2 come from (y=mx+b)? the graph has a slope of zero (0), and a y-intercept of -2
