y=-2/5x-2
y=3/2x+17
--------------------------
(-2/5)x-2 = (3/2)x+17
[(3/2)+(2/5)]x = -19
[(15+4)/10]x = 19
(19/10)x = 19
(1/10)x = 1
x = 10
===============
Substitute into y = (3/2)x+17 to solve for "y":
y = (3/2)*10 + 17 = 15+17 = 32
