The line passes through (3, 6) and (-7, -3) so it slope is (6+3)/(3+7)=9/10
Using the point-slope form,
y-6=9/10(x-3)
10(y-6)=9(x-3)
10y-60=9x-27
9x-10y+33=0
Setting x=0,
-10y+33=0
y=-33/10
The y-intercept is -33/10
The slope intercept form is
y=9/10x-33/10
