s + r + q = 7
s = 2r
r = q + 1

Rearrange:
s + r + q = 7
s - 2r + 0 = 0
0 + r - q = 1

s = 4
r = 2

:
a=2b.......eq 1
b=c+1......eq 2
a+b+c=7....eq 3
:
rewrite eq 2 to c=b-1 and take that value and the value of a in eq 1 and plug them into eq 3
:
(2b)+b+(b-1)=7
