the boundry line which is a dotted line woudd be at x=-5/8 which would be a vertical line 5/8 of a unit to the left, and parallel to the y axis.
You would color in every thing to the left of that line as it is all solutions for the equation x<-5/8.

you would have a open circle at -5/8 and the line and arrow would move to negative infinity.......
