Let the coordinates of Q be (x1,y1)
and the coordinates of P are (-5/2,5)
and the midpoint of QP are (1/2,-2)
then ((x1-5/2)/2,(y1+5)/2) = (1/2,-2)
((2x1-5)/4,(y1+5)/2) = (1/2,-2)
(2x1-5)/4=1/2 and (y1+5)/2=-2
2x1-5=4/2 and y1+5=-2*2
2x1=2+5 and y1=-4-5
x1=7/2 and y1=-9
therefore the coordinates of Q are (7/2,-9)
