t ≥ -11 which means t greater than or equal to -11
so the sacle starts at -11 and equal to means t also includes -11
so the [ sign is written at -11 which means closed -11 that means -11 is also taken by t and the greater values than -11
so your answer is
A scale that starts at -11 and goes to the right, at -11 there is a [ sign
