You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1) Plot the graph y=x (it's a diagonal line sloped upward). Make sure the line is dotted.

2) Shade the ENTIRE region below the line (which is a dotted line)


Note: the "less than" sign tells us to shade the region that is below the line.
