The easiest way?
Here's what I would do
Take x=0 and find y
So one point is (0, -18/5)
Now take y=0 and solve for x
Another point is (3,0)
Now plot those two points and draw the line that contains them
Another easy way is to use tools to plot it. Try a graphing calculator or use geogebra.
