TO GRAPH THIS POINT YOU NEED TO COUNT OVER TO THE RIGHT ON THE X AXIS 3/2 OR 1.5 UNITS.
THEN COUNT DOWN 9/2 OR 4.5 UNITS FOR THE POINT (3/2,-9/2).
