Remember the "slope-intercept" form of a line? It is:
y = mx + b
where
m is the slope
b is the y-intercept
.
The problem gave you:
y = -4
this is equivalent to:
y = 0x - 4
.
Therefore,
y-intercept is at (0, -4)
slope is 0
