C.) Water boils at a temperature of at least 212 degrees F.

A) X>25 (x is # states) ...the # of states is greater than 25
B) X<15 (x is height of vehicle)...the vehicle has to be less than 15 feet or it hits the tunnel
C)X>= 212 (X is boiling temp H2O)...water(x) doesn't boil if the water isn't at least 212 degrees, but it will boil if its higher then that. Water boils at or above 212 degrees.
D)X<=25 (X is # of people) At the most there were 25 people there, There was les than 25 or exactly 25 people there.
I hoped this helped some....I think you might just be having problems with the wording...It can be quite tricky.
