y = (2/3)x - 3
---------------------
y=2x+1
If x = 0, y = 1
If x = 1, y = 3

Plot the points and draw a line thru them.

y = (2/3)x - 3
If x = 0, y = -3
If x = 3, y = -1
Points: (0,-3), (3,-1)
---------------------------
