Answer by rapaljer(4671) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Do you remember y=mx+b???
Slope is m=2, y-int is b=-6
y=2x-6
R^2
By the way, see my website for additional explanation on this by clicking on my tutor name "rapaljer" anywhere in algebra.com. Take the first link on my home page which is "Basic and Intermediate Algebra: One Step at a Time." Look for Chapter 4 in Basic Algebra. This is newly posted chapter with detailed explanatins, examples, exercises, and answers for the topic of graphing and slopes of straight lines. Also, see my MATH IN LIVING COLOR section, Basic Algebra, Chapter 4. Lots of help available on this topic, all FREE!!
