"V" shaped, minumum point at (1,3) and terminating at point (2,4).

DOMAIN: Real Numbers less than or equal to 2.
RANGE: The Real Numbers greater than or equal to 3.

You decide how to put those into interval notation; you decide if for answers
you need more refinement.
