Question 120284: Graph the inequality y<-3x+2
(side note) if you can give me at least 3 points and explain how you got them I would really appreciate it

Answer by josmiceli(19441)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find 3 values for x and the corresponding value for y that
solve the equality , then find a value of y that
is less than what you got.
Say I start with

Now any less than 2 will work, say
{0,1.5)
-----
Now pick another value of x, say

Now any value less than 5 will work for y, say
(-1,4)
---------
Pick another x, say

Now any y less than -49 will work, say -50
(17,-50) is the point
------------
Let's check this last one

This is true, so the method works
