The slope and a point are given, so this graphing you can do on your own.

Plot the point. x value 4. y value -5.
Slope given means, for vertical change negative 3, the horizontal change is positive 5.

Take graph paper,  a pencil and a straightedge.

On the graph paper,  draw  x-axis and  y-axis;  then draw the point  A = (4,-5).

After that,  draw the second point  B  as described:

    from A, go 1 unit horizontally to the left and 3 units vertically up.

    Mark new point as B.

Now use the straightedge and the pencil and connect the points  A  and  B  by straight line.

At this point,  you complete your job.
