Question 1195182: what is the ordered pair for the equation, y= 2x + 7
Answer by Theo(13342)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
any order pair of value of (x,y) is valid.
the equation is y = 2x + 7.
when x = 2, y = 4 + 7 = 11, giving the ordered pair of (2,11).
when x = 7, y = 14 + 7 = 21, giving the ordered pair of (14,21).
just take any value of x and solve for y in the equation to get the ordered pair for the equation, using that value of x.
