You'll need to use x-values that when substituted, give you INTEGER values for y. 
DO NOT use x-values that'll lead to non-integer y-values - as the other person did - since they're a lot more difficult to manually plot.
You already have 2 of those points on the graph. They are: - 4, which gives you - 4 for y, and point (- 4, - 4). You also have - 3,
which gives you - 3 for y, and the point (- 3, - 3). Two other x-values can be 0 and 5, which give you points, (0, - 2), and (5, - 1).
Join those 4 points!!
