Question 1165501: What is the domain and range of y=1/2x+15/2?
Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
 y=(1/2x)+(15/2)
Domain is all x except where x=0.
(-oo, 0) U (0, +oo)
Range is all y except for 15/2, which can only occur when the first term is 0, which it can never be.
Therefore, the interval is (-oo, 7.5) U (7.5, +oo)
