IGNORE the other person's attempt, as it's TOO MUCH work, and too COMPLEX!
- 2x - 5 < 3
- 2x < 3 + 5 ------ Adding 5 to both sides
- 2x < 8
, with the INEQUALITY changing because each side is DIVIDED by a number that's < 0
