Question 1128454: I am looking to graph this equation, but I don't even know what's going on here - to the point where I have no idea what to research or how to solve this!
Can someone help me reach a conclusion and graph this?
{(k,2k)|k=0,+-1 ,+-2}
Thanks!

There is no equation to graph.

What you have is a definition of a set of distinct points, with (x,y) coordinates of the form (k,2k); and you are told the values of k for the points.

The given values for k are -2, -1, 0, 1, and 2. So one of the distinct points (using k = -2, so 2k = -4) is (-2,-4). Then similarly for the other values of k.

And remember when you draw the graph that the graph is 5 distinct points; it is not a line passing through those points.
