I came up with:
y= -1/2x+6
this then needs to be graphed so I will use:
m=-1/2 and b=6
Is this correct?
I believe it is, at least I hope, but I want to make sure.

Fix small arithmetic mistake.

Slope is but y-intercept is 4, for point (0,4).
