Use the point slope with either point,
y-%28-2%29=-%287%2F9%29%28x-6%29
y%2B2=-%287%2F9%29x%2B14%2F3
Now convert to slope intercept form.
Then multiply by 9 to eliminate all fractions and then move to the standard form.
Remember that the integer is always positive in standard form.
