2y=(8-x)
2y=(12-3x)
y = (-1/2)x+4
Plot two points:
If x = 0, y = 4
If x= 2, y = 3
Plot (0,4) and (2,3)
Draw a line thru them.

Plot two points:
If x=0, y = 6
If x=2, y =3
Plot (0,6) and (2,3)
Draw a line thru them.
