Question 107753: Can you please help me out by graphing 2x-5y=10 using the intercept method. I cannot get it.
Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
graphing 2x-5y=10 using the intercept method
-------
Let x=0, then -5y=10 and y = -2
Let y=0, then 2x=10 and x = 5
-----------------
This gives you two points: (0,-2) and (5,0)
--------
Plot the two points and draw a line thru them.
