Since 4x = 6, we can divide both sides by 4 and get
x = 6/4 = 3/2
Thus this is a vertical line thru the point x = 3/2.
Any two points qualify as ordered pairs...points like (3/2, 0), (3/2, 1) and (3/2, 2) work just fine.
