Answer by Boreal(15235) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let x=0. Then the equation is 3y=15, y=5
(0,5) is one ordered pair.
Now let y=0. Then the equation is -5x=15, x=-3
(-3,0)
You can use other numbers for x and y, but once you have two, a line may be drawn between them.
Those points can be plotted and a line drawn between them.

I would put the equation into the
slope-intercept form first
----------------------
Now there are some easy to find pairs:
( 0, 5 )
( -3,0 )
{ 3, 10 )
( 6, 15 )
( 3/5, 6 )
( 6/5, 7 )
( just plug in the x-value and solve for the y-value )
example:
( 3/5, 6 )
