If the absolute value of a number is 3, that number has to be either -3 or 3
Anytime you want to get rid of the absolute value, you put + and - sign
If you want to get IxI out of the absolute value sign, then you have to put + and - in front of the other side of the equation
Therefore x = 3 and x = -3
