m=r/r=3/2, y=0,-2)The rise would be 2/3 and the run is (3,3)with my y=(0,-2). I am having trouble graphing it. The tools on the graph r not letting me perform just the dots without putting the line. I have spent way to many hours on this problems. Help me ,Please?

The slope is the rise over the run.
So when you move 2 units in x, you move 3 units in y.
So starting at (0,-2).
(0,-2)+(2,3)=(0+2,-2+3)=(2,1)
So another point is (2,1).
Graph the two points and the line between them.
