Read the zeros directly from the graph. THREE of them, so eliminate choice B.
Two are negative and one is positive. Which choice fits? Do you see that you also eliminate choice C ? Eliminate any other choice?

Take a look inside those three circles I've drawn below, and
see if you can estimate about what points on the x-axis the
red graph crosses the x-axis.  It's the same as when you were
studying locating points on a number line, for the x-axis IS 
a number line!
