Plot 2 foci. Draw Major Axis. (green line) Position 1/2 major axis at foci and on minor axis(purple line. This forms a triangle base 4, hypotenuse 5, so height is 3.
The elipse has center (0,2), thus the y-2, and plain x up top. The 2 semi-axis are 3 and 5, giving denominators of 9 and 25.
