Using line equation
y - b = m(x - a)
m = 2 (a,b) = (-2,3)
y - 3 = 2(x - (- 2)
y - 3 = 2(x + 2)
y - 3 = 2x + 4
y = 2x + 4 + 3
y = 2x + 7
