The easiest way is to make x=0, and -3y=6, y=-2. so (0,-2) is a point.
Now make y=0 and 2x=6, x=3, so (3,0) is a point. Draw a line between them.
slope-intercept form is -3y=-2x+6 and y=(2x/3)-2
