equation of a line perpendicular to pair of given lines: y=-x (slope,m=-1)
Point of intersection between perpendicular line and one of the parallel lines:
-x=x-11
2x=11
x=11/2=5.5
y=-5.5
point of intersection: (5.5,-5.5)

2x=7
x=7/2=3.5
