Question 909588: Find the points which are equidistant from points P(-6,-1) and Q(-3,3) in the taxicab metric. Display the points on a graph along with P and Q

Every point where the jagged green line intersects a street is a
point that is the same taxicab distance from P and Q. Notice that
every point which is equidistance from those points is right in
the middle of a block.
