Question 390424: A four-sided figure with two distinct pairs of consecutive sides is called a kite. K(-1,1), I(2,3) T (6,1) and E(2,-1) are the vertices of a kite. In a kite one diagonal is perpendicular bisector of the other find this point.
We have not yet gone over kites so this question troubles me. I don't understand
perpendicular bisectors as I was absent on that day, thank you for your help.

Hi,
Graphing determines the point of intersection of diagonals is Pt(2,1)
Algebraically: Midpoint ( , )
(2,3) and (2,-1)
Midpoint of segment connecting these vertices ... is also found to be: Pt(2, 1)
