Question 342525: Is this a free online tutor site? If it really is then I have geometry question I need help on. My hw is to contrust truth table, (p^q) -> (p^q) and (p^q) -> ~p.
I know that if p is true then ~p is false and if p is false then ~p is true, other than that I know nothing about this part of high school geometry, I'm freshman and I need help, the teacher expect us to know everything.
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hint: The compound expression p ^ q is only true if BOTH p AND q are true. Otherwise it is false.
The expression p -> q is only false when p is true, but q is false. Otherwise, it is true.
Let me know if this helps at all.
