Congruent angles are angles of the same degree. It doesn't matter how many degrees they are as long as they measure the same when compared.

Supplementary angles are angles that add up to 180 degrees. It doesn't matter where they are drawn as long as they add up to 180.

Now, if you have two angles that are BOTH congruent and supplementary, then they must measure 90 degrees each. This will cover both definitions as they would have the same measurement AND they add up to 180 degrees.
