~ How can i prove that the midpoints of the rhombus ABCD (clockwise from top) form a rectangle MNOP (clockwise from top right hand corner)?

i understand that if i extend B and N to meet, then i can prove that the triangle is congruent and the angles are supplemetary so the angles of the rctangle must be 90 degrees, so it is a rectangle. but what if it is a square? It wil be greatly appreciated if you can put this into a two column proof for me!! THANK YOU!!
