Are you writing these questions yourself? Or are you showing them exactly the way they were given to you?

Obviously there is an unstated transversal here....

Angles formed by two parallel lines cut by a transversal are either congruent or supplementary. If they don't add to 180°, then they must be congruent. Since the sum of the two angles is 210°, each one must be 105°.
