What kind of proof do you need?

A rhombus is a quadrilateral with two pairs of parallel sides in which all sides are the same length.

The requirement for a quadrilateral to be a parallelogram is that it has to have two pairs of parallel sides.

Every rhombus, by definition, satisfies that requirement; so every rhombus is a parallelogram.
