Question 1056712: prove that tan+cot=sec cosec
Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(sin x/cos x)+(cos x/sin x)=
common denominator of cos x* sin x
numerator is sin^2 x+ cos^2 x
that equals 1
Therefore, we have 1/(cos x* sin x)=
1/ cos x * 1/ sin x
That is sec x* csc x
