OMP is a right triangle
OP^2 + OM^2 + MP^2
3^2= (2.5)^2+OM^2
OM^2 = 3^2-2.5^2
OM = 1.66
OB = sqrt( OM^2+MB^2)
= sqrt( 1.66^2+7.6^2)
= 7.78 cm the radius
