Passenger is moving in opposite direction then train.If we denote w-velocity of train with respect to ground and u- velocity of passenger with respect to train and v-velocity of passenger we can using classical mechanichs claim that v = w-u
v = 135-7 = 128
but if you would like to be more precise you could also use relavistic formula : , where c is speed of light (around 300000 km/s) which yields 128.0000000000014
