Question 971807: Find the domain of:- √5-x + √x+1
Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

if it is sqrt (5) -x + sqrt (x) -1
Domain is all x>=0
if it is sqrt(5-x) + sqrt (x-1)
domain would be 1<=x<=5.
The main issue is keeping what's under the radical 0 or greater. That defines the domain.
