A function is a set of ordered pairs in which two different ordered pairs have the same . An equation that produces such a set of ordered pairs defines a function.
A function relates each element () of a set with exactly one element () of another set (possibly the same set).
"...each element..." means that every element in is related to some element in ,but some elements of might not be related to at all, which is fine
"...exactly one..." means that a function is single valued;it will give back or more results for the ; for example, if
or is not right because value (input) is related to more than one value in (output)

C = {69,82,44,87} ....eliminate as possible answer, it's not set of ordered pairs

A = {(,),(17,29),(18,52),(,)}
value (input) is related to more than one value in and (2 outputs)
so, set A is a function
then your answer is:
B = {(19,4),(52,18),(29,17),(3,4)}
all inputs or values are different, two of them have same which is ok
