I think the answer is 8 gallons of 12% lemonade and 12 gallons of 7% lemonade

20-x=amt of 7% sugar lemonade

12%x+7%(20-x)=10%*20
.12x+1.4-.07x=2

amt of 7% sugar lemonade needed: 8 gal.
